Terms of Service

1. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on completed appointments that have been paid in full. Referrals must successfully complete their service and all payments must clear before a commission becomes eligible for payout.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

No commission will be paid for appointments that are canceled, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show. If a client cancels an appointment and later reschedules, the commission will only be earned after the rescheduled appointment has been completed and paid in full.

3. Chargebacks, Refunds, and Payment Disputes

If a customer requests a refund, disputes a charge, initiates a chargeback, or if there is any payment issue, the commission will be placed on hold until the matter is fully resolved. The Skin Lure reserves the right to reverse or deduct commissions from future payouts if a refund or chargeback occurs after a commission has been credited.

4. Commission Hold Period

The Skin Lure reserves the right to hold commissions until the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the completion of the client's appointment. This hold period allows time to account for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and any account adjustments.

5. Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month for all eligible services completed during the previous month.

• Services completed between January 1 and January 31 will be paid on February 15.
• Services completed between February 1 and February 28 will be paid on March 15.

If the fifteenth (15th) falls on a weekend or holiday, payouts may be processed on the next business day.

6. Pending Commissions

The partner dashboard and portal will display commissions as "Pending" until they become eligible for payment. Pending commissions will automatically move to "Approved" status once the payout requirements have been met.

7. Referral Tracking

All referrals must use the partner's unique referral link, promo code, or QR code to qualify for commission. The Skin Lure is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked due to an incorrect or missing referral code.

8. Self-Referrals

Partners may not refer themselves or members of their immediate household. The Skin Lure reserves the right to deny commissions resulting from self-referrals or any attempt to manipulate the referral system.

9. Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent activity, fake appointments, misleading advertising, spam, or abuse of the partner program will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. The Skin Lure reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time.

10. Minimum Payout Threshold

The Skin Lure reserves the right to establish a minimum payout amount before commissions are issued. Any unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold will roll over to the following month's payout cycle.

11. Taxes and Independent Contractor Status

Partners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, or local taxes related to commission earnings. Participation in The Skin Lure Partner Program does not create an employment relationship.

12. Program Changes and Account Termination

The Skin Lure reserves the right to modify commission percentages, payout schedules, partner benefits, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Skin Lure may suspend or terminate a partner account for violations of these terms. All decisions regarding commissions, disputes, eligibility, and program participation are final and determined solely by The Skin Lure.
